LabWare is a company that develops and implements Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN) , which supports the operations of a modern laboratory.

LabWare LIMS automates laboratory processes and logs samples, tests, and results. It was created to automate clerical activities involved in processing analytical results in a lab environment and other lab processes.
